Johnson & Johnson (J&J) aimed to enhance distributor engagement with the company across the MENAP region. They conceived the idea of creating an award to recognize and reward distributors' achievements in the region to achieve this goal.
Punch designed the trophy incorporating the letters D and A, representing the "Distributors Award." The semi-circular base represents a gathering, while the triangular form symbolizes the pinnacle of achievement. The gold texture of the trophy represents the million dreams and aspirations of victory.
Day Event
Participants' name tags were collected and displayed as a 'Row Boat,' symbolizing a unified workforce.
A unique custom triangular-shaped notebook was explicitly designed for the occasion to reinforce the event branding.
This notebook was a memorable gift for attendees and a subtle reminder of the event's theme and purpose. The triangular shape was visually appealing and a nod to the form of the trophy, creating a cohesive aesthetic. The notebook was thoughtfully crafted with high-quality materials and included the event's logo and branding elements.
This attention to detail and personalization contributed to the event's overall success and left a lasting impression on the attendees.
Gala
We took the design to the centre stage by conceptualizing a stage design that would add to the grandness of the show and reinforce its corporate theme.
For the stage design, Punch used two different colour variants - Red for the corporate day event and Gold for the evening gala night - to represent the grandness of the show.
An Oscar-style Gala awards presentation followed by motion graphics created for each category
The trophy design and stage decor added to the celebration. A unique identity for newsletters and other activities for J&J's regional distribution network was also implemented.
The well-designed collaterals and intriguing identity helped set apart the Distributor's Award from other corporate shows on the calendar, leading to its success in awarding and acknowledging the achievement of its distributors in the MENAP countries.
