The challenge facing the Education Affairs Office of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court was to create a program that would promote social inclusivity and acceptance of special needs students within UAE schools. This required a significant shift in perception and a dedicated effort to foster a culture of inclusion within the education sector. The main challenge was creating an engaging and informative program for teachers and students while providing practical tools to support special needs students.
To meet this challenge, Punch was tasked with creating a series of Playbooks and additional collateral to become the cornerstone of progress for every school participating in the program.
The Playbooks were designed to be engaging and visually appealing, with colourful motifs and illustrative graphs to appeal to the nature of school children. Each Playbook corresponded to a specific schooling cycle and was tailored to meet the needs of students at that level.

2. Inclusive Youth Leadership:
3. Inclusive Sports:
The design team worked closely with educators and experts to ensure the content was informative, practical, and accessible. The Playbooks guided the creation of socially inclusive learning environments where acceptance, respect, and human dignity for all students were the norm.
The three components of UCS - Whole-School Engagement, Inclusive Youth Leadership, and Inclusive Sports - were explained in detail, with suggestions for how each school could tailor the program to meet its unique needs.
The design of the Playbooks struck a balance between being playful and informative. The goal was to make the information accessible and engaging for students while providing practical tools for teachers and student leaders to create a more inclusive learning environment.
The Special Olympics Unified Champions School Program was a resounding success. The program promoted social inclusivity and acceptance of special needs students within UAE schools. It helped create a culture of inclusion within the education sector. The Playbooks were well-received by teachers and students alike. They became an essential tool for every school participating in the program.
The success of the program was due in large part to the design of the Playbooks. The visually appealing and engaging design helped to make the information accessible and easy to understand while also promoting a sense of playfulness and fun. The Playbooks became integral to the Special Olympics Unified Champions School Program. They played a significant role in promoting a culture of inclusion and acceptance within the education sector.
